Jodi Hellickson
Parish Nurse
I grew up in Stewartville, Minnesota, and have been living in Rochester since 1992. I attended Stewartville Elementary and High Schools, then earned my Associate Degree in Nursing from Rochester Community College. I later continued my education at Winona State University in Rochester, where I received both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing.
I became a member of Redeemer in 1998 and have been blessed to serve in many ways over the years—teaching Sunday school, participating in various ministries, and singing in the choir.
In my work as a nurse, my favorite part is connecting with patients and families during difficult or new health-related situations. I hope to make a difference by easing their challenges and offering support. Helping others and serving the Lord through the talents He has given me brings me deep joy.
What I love most about Redeemer is the caring and supportive spirit of our church family. I have experienced tremendous love and encouragement during difficult times in my life, and I feel truly blessed to serve as the Parish Nurse here.
