“Surviving the Holidays”
The Redeemer Health Cabinet will be offering the showing of GriefShare’s “Surviving the Holidays,” at Redeemer two times on Thursday, October 30, in the South Fellowship Hall, from 10-12:00 Noon OR from 6-8:00 pm (Both showings are identical.)
There will be time during the sessions for sharing and discussion time after the showing of the video. Those grieving a loved one can find the Holidays an incredibly sad, hurtful time. Facing social gatherings, holiday events and special traditions, which have always involved lost loved ones, can make the Holidays an exceedingly challenging time for everyone involved.
This video offers live interviews with individuals who have experienced all kinds of loss, finding comfort and peace through their faith and family support.
Please come join us in watching this Christian-based, DVD, followed by questions and discussion, prior to the Holidays. All members, families, and friends of Redeemer are invited to attend.
